The strength and the self confidence of a person are judged with the appearance of broad and relaxed shoulder. The joint mobility is more in the shoulders, so they have to be kept fit by doing some exercises. Hold your hands back standing neutrally. Extend and pull the arms down holding for 20 to 30 seconds. Now, shake out the arms. Do some exercises using bars which give strength to the shoulders. Rest one arm on the wall and rotate the other arm till you reach a good stretch in the blade of the shoulders. Whatever exercises you may follow, a firm control in the movements should be there
