The fifth summit of OAS, Organization of American States plans to re-establish Cuba. The summit was held between April 17 and 19 at Trinidad and Tobago. The main elements discussed in the summit are to promote the prosperity of the people, Safety and security, nourishing and maintaining a good environment. Along with these issues, the discussions were also made on a very sensitive issue of keeping out Cuba for more than 4 decades. Now OAS are working to restore Cuba in their organization after 47 years of exclusion. The exclusion was made in 1962 after Fidel Castro, a communist was unable to get going with the principles laid down by the organization.
